According to HDFC Securities, the price of gold in the national capital rose Rs 398 to Rs 47,762 per 10 grams on Friday, reflecting gains in precious metals prices in the international market.

In the previous trade, the yellow metal was Rs 47,364 per 10 grams.

Silver also gained 1,033 rupees to 61,147 rupees per kg from 60,114 rupees per kg in the previous trade.

In the international market, gold traded at gains of $ 1,808 an ounce and silver was unchanged at $ 22.62 an ounce.
